Welcome to the Pokedex Subtitle Project.
Founded in 2019, we are producing fan subtitles in English for the Japanese version of the original Pokémon television anime.
Known as Pokémon: The Original Series in the English-speaking world, the original television anime aired from the 1st of April 1997 to the 14th of November 2002 in Japan. The series is divided into three arcs which are set in Kantō, the Orange Islands, and Jyōto. The Kantō and Orange Islands arcs cover the 1st generation of Pokémon, and the Jyōto arc covers the 2nd generation of Pokémon.
